Our Community Salutes

Our Community Salutes of Nassau County hosted its annual Enlistee Recognition Ceremony honoring the Class of 2025 high school seniors and their families on May 13, 2025 at the Nassau County Police Department Center For Training & Intelligence in Garden City, NY.

Speakers included:

•  Major Travis Bird, USMC, Recruiting Station New York

•  Major Christopher Smithson USAF, Operations Flight Commander, 313th Recruiting Squadron 

Thank you to Hicksville High School for providing 2 students to sign the Pledge of Allegiance for our audience.
